Hawaiian Hospitality

This cheery quilt was brought to me by Betty and Fred.  Betty and Fred's son and daughter-in-law picked up the Hawaiian Hospitality wallhannging pattern on their trip to Hawaii.  The pattern was written for the Big Island Quilt Shop Hop in 2017 by Leimoni Beaudet.  Betty and Fred had their own trip to Hawaii planned later in the year and picked up a kit at the shop.

Betty and Fred made this in to a bed quilt for the kids by expanding the background.

They decided on the Tickle Too pantograph which really adds a nice amount of movement to the open spaces.

They were able to find a lovely wide backing with a print that complimented the front really well.
