Wonky Squares

 

Patrice made yet another wonderful scrappy quilt.  She made her crumb blocks again but this time mixed things up by adding a pretty turquoise background fabric.  She also used the wonky squares layout which really adds some interest as well.

You can never go wrong with the Gingersnap pantograph and it looks great here.  Patrice added what I think was a new vintage sheet to the back.  Some longarmers refuse sheets as backing fabric.  So far I haven't had any issues as long as they have been washed and they don't have a super high thread count. 

I am always amazed at  how all the different scraps somehow work together in the final product.  It’s just such a happy quilt!
