Burgoyne Illusion

This pretty quilt was brought to me by Zandra.  The quilt is an enlarged version of the Burgoyne Illusion pattern by Melissa Marginet.

When Zandra showed me the backing we both had the exact same idea of which pantograph to try first - Dusty Miller!  We looked no further as we both thought it couldn't be more perfect.

Zandra opted for a cream thread that blended in nicely and used the Quilter's Dream Puff batting that I keep in stock for some super lovely loft.

Log Cabin Star

I can't believe a month has passed since I last shared photos of what I have been up to!  There is always something that appeals to me about a blue and white quilt, and this beauty made by Pam is no exception.

I don't know if Pam followed a specific pattern but she used the beautiful fabrics in the Indi-Glow collection by Studio Mousseau beautifully.  The central log cabin blocks are made up of just two fabrics, and Pam used the border print and yardage to her advantage for a striking finish.

We used the Dusty Miller pantograph for a nice even all over design and it shows up very nicely on the lovely blue backing fabric she provided.

Again, this one could have happily stayed to live in my bedroom!

Eileen's Not Your Mother's Rail Fence

I recently had the pleasure of quilting Eileen's version of our Highway 10 Designs pattern "Not Your Mother's Rail Fence".  I never tire of quilting one of our designs!

Eileen was able to pull all of the fabrics for this quilt from her stash.  The yardage amounts that she had helped to dictate the color placement in the pattern.

We decided on the Dusty Miller panto (which is one I seem to rarely use) that just seemed to suit this quilt perfectly.  Eileen also selected my navy wide Stonehenge backing fabric.

Quarter Sections in Plum and Green

Cindy made this beautiful batik Quarter Sections quilt for her mom.  Cindy has made just about every single one of our Highway 10 Designs patterns, some more than once!

We decided on Quilter's Dream Puff batting to keep the quilt nice and light and the Dusty Miller panto.

 Quarter Sections is made from fat quarters and works great with collections or to bust into some of your stash.

Ina's Disappearing Nine Patch #2

This is the sixth in Ina's series of quilts for her local care home - a very scrappy Disappearing Nine Patch.  I chose the "Dusty Miller" panto for this one and a nice medium blue So Fine thread.
